Our Contract Options

We offer several contract options for our commercial construction services. Each option has its benefits and detriments, but with options comes choice. We want you to decide which option best suits your unique requirements. Browse our contract options to find the one that best meets your needs:

  • Construction Management – this method allows for close collaboration between us and your architect from pre-construction to the final construction phase.   • Negotiated – this method allows you to negotiate with us to construct your project after you have already received completed design plans from your architect. Learn more about our Negotiated contract option.
  • Design / Build – this method allows us to be your single point of contact from initial design through the end of construction. There’s no need for you to deal with any other entity, which means less hassle for you. Learn more about our Design / Build contract option.
  • Design / Bid / Build – with this method, you’ve already selected an architect to design your building. The architect then solicits bids from general contractors, from which the lowest bidder wins the construction project with a stipulated sum contract.
